Reporting directly to the Global VP for Sales, these high profile **Business Development** hires demanding people with honed closing abilities, strong networking skills, the tenacity to open doors and get past 'gate-keepers', to access key decisionmakers who immediately see the compelling case for adoption of their software. **Responsibilities**: - Work with the Sales Manager to create and execute strategies to facilitate the achievement of the overall sales targets of the division - Generate, secure and deliver demonstrations/consultations per week for the Business Development Managers - Quickly and effectively manage key opportunities through to confirmed demonstrations and converted sales - Work closely to ensure marketing and sales are aligned to maximise sales and ensure all marketing activities have a positive ROI - Attend Industry events and deliver group presentations and demonstrations as necessary - Support and facilitate a favourable working relationship with partners as required - Keep abreast of competitor products and activity, industry news and market influences - Support the Client Success team in managing aspects of Client retention programs and assist in minimising client "churn"
