As a PMO you will provide status reports for all capital projects and give an overview of progress, project risks, and financial visibility. You will lead highly complex project alignment, ensuring resources are available, and accountable, ensuring strict timelines and key milestones are achieved. You will also support the Engineering Manager in developing the medium and long-term project plans. In this role You'll:

- Lead on high complexity strategic projects.
- Ensure that cross functional resources, materials, equipment and support are available.
- Provide accurate & up to date status reporting of all Capital Project timelines and financial position.
- Ensure there is clear communication with stakeholders and Engineering Management team.
- Support development of and maintain the long term investment plans (1,3 & 5 years).
- Continuously review opportunities to improve factory efficiency through capital investment.
