Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a **Project Manager** for a **6 Month** contract based **Remote.**

**Purpose of the Role**:

- Working as part of a delivery team to deliver technical outcomes across various platforms, As the project manager you will be responsible for creating plans for delivering complex change, defining clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staffmembers required for specific projects or initiatives.

**As a Project Manager you will be responsible for**:

- You will also manage the assignment and oversight of the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all team members are working toward agreed goals. In doing so you will hold daily stand-up meetings to support the teams' progress and facilitateany escalations
- Manage workstreams and teams, participate in regular planning events to develop and maintain plans; identify key milestones and dependencies.
- Identify, communicate and manage Risks and Issues; Create and assess Change Requests, manage internal and external suppliers.
- This role will use appropriate frameworks, tools and techniques to plan and deliver change initiatives, adapting approach to manage complexity and drive out safe delivery at pace.
- Manage the definition of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and expectations of stakeholders. The role will lead the way as a facilitator who helps, supports and mentors the team to perform at their best, following the scrum process and agile values andpractices typically for medium to large sized change initiatives/projects or programmes.
- Leads and manages all aspects of project management for small to large size/complexity projects (incl. risk, change management, planning, tracking etc)
- Defines project requirements and scope with stakeholders, suggesting suitable requirement definitions and acceptance measures to remove ambiguity.
- Identifies/addresses potential threats to delivery; engaging with people from other parts of the organisation to ensure the continued delivery of objectives and key results.
- You will have a good technical understanding of integration's and infrastructure.
- You will have previous experience working on Cloud Based projects before or have worked on similar projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills as you will need to recognise that there is a number of different stakeholders to assure of the changes.
- It would be beneficial if you have experience with working on a PCM replacement project previously.
