The main purpose of the role is to deliver a fantastic service to our guests whilst they are here enjoying their holiday with us. Here in Guest Services we’re looking for someone who has a problem-solving attitude and loves talking to people over the phone and face to face, with a desire for providing excellent customer service and want to be part of a successful guest experience team. **Skills required**: - Love working as part of the team within our onsite Guest Services both face to face in our Hotel Receptions and behind the scenes in our on-site contact centre - Provide information and help to ensure all guest needs are met - Advocate and sell Butlin"s products and services - Driving guest satisfaction and net promoter scores by providing excellent customer service with a problem-solving attitude - Develop guest loyalty through great conversations over the phone and in person - Takes responsibility for overall guest experience with a focus on the first two hours arrival experience of a guest’s holiday - Promotes holiday sales to achieve departmental key performance indicators - Assisting support across departments within the Sales & Guest Services department and the wider resort when required **Typical working hours**: 8.30am - 10pm Mondays and Fridays working 8 hour shifts within these times 7:45am - 7:30pm on three other days made up of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday Flexible shifts are available if desired 7:45am - 11:30am/ 3:45pm - 7:30pm This role is looking for team to work five days a week over seven, has a pay rate of £9.50 and we pay our team fortnightly.
