About the Role
Our resort in Bognor Regis is recruiting for a full time team member to join our Reception & Call Centre. This role is key in delivering a high level of service to all our guests and team helping our guests keep their holidays on track and supporting where needed. Full training will be given, where required, although some knowledge of customer service and problem solving will be an advantage. Each week, Butlin's welcomes thousands of guests through our doors, many of whom enjoy capturing those moments whilst on holiday. You will form part of an amazing team, dedicated to providing a great experience to our guests. This role works both on the telephone in our on site call centre and requires computer skills on our live chat system.

About You
We're looking for someone with a passion for high standards who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should enjoy working in a team and have a great 'get stuck in' attitude. You should have a keen interest in all things customer service and enjoy working in a guest-focused team and be a real team player. Previous experience in a guest facing role would be advantageous but isn't essential as we will give you all the necessary training to excel. We are looking for part time team to join us, working 24 hours per week across 8 hour shifts between 9am-9pm on our arrival days of Mondays and Fridays, shifts on all other days are 8.45am - 9.30pm including weekends.
