We're on a mission to provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment to vulnerable children and young people in Leicester. We now have an opportunity for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our awesome team.

**What's The Pay?**

You'll be happy with the salary of £28,000 to £32,000.00 - not too shabby, right?

**What's the Job?**

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you'll be doing some super important stuff. Here's the lowdown:

- Providing daily support to the young people - Assisting them to develop life skills and independence
- Participating in their recreational activities
- Collaborating with your team to ensure their needs are met

**What Do You Need?**

We're looking for someone who's got:

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in residential care working with children or young people
- Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce
- A heart full of compassion and a genuine desire to make a difference
- The ability to work as part of a team
- A flexible approach, as you'll be working on a rota basis, including weekends and sleep-ins
- Driver’s licence
