**Job Title: Senior Children Support Worker**

**Salary: £27,000 - £36,000 per annum**

**Key Requirements**:

- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in working with children and young people.
- Full UK driver's license.

- Provide support and guidance to children and young people in a residential setting.

- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the specific needs of each resident.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Act as a positive role model and mentor for junior staff members.
