A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Security Control Room Team Leader, who will work at our site in **Stratford, London, E20**

You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.

We require Officers to be CCTV licenced.

**Main purpose of the role**:
To lead a Team of experienced Security staff with the purpose of:

- Investigating and tracking criminal activity using CCTV
- Directing and guiding a team of experienced Security Personnel
- Providing reports and timelines for evidential purposes
- Ensuring full compliance to GDPR protocols
- Development of the Team to uphold service excellence
- Administration duties necessary to ensure compliance to customer policies and regulations

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Act as an ambassador to both our client and Bidvest Noonan by delivering a first class and professional service at all times.
- Working closely with the Site Management Team to help manage client requirements & expectations
- To ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with site procedures and policies.
- To ensure the CCTV is operated in accordance with codes of practice and legislation (ICO 2008)
- Maintaining fully accurate logs and other administrative records, in adherence to housekeeping and securing all data in accordance with GDPR protocols
- Ensure you are immaculately presented in full uniform, compliant with site brand standards always while on shift
- Liaison with Site Security Teams and providing support as required
- To proactively manage contractors working on the estate in line with site permit to work system/ procedures.
- Ensure that all keys & access cards are signed out on the correct documentation
- Carry out any other reasonable request from management or client

**About You**:
The Control Room Team Leader needs to be a self-motivated individual, with a high level of knowledge of incident management, observation, and awareness.

Exceptional levels of customer focus and care will be demonstrated with the flexibility, energy, and desire to understand the client’s culture and therefore deliver a lasting impression of the highest quality.

The ability to communicate clearly and effectively is essential.

Organizational and administrative skills will be essential to the role.

High standards of literacy, verbal and written communications are critical
