**Bodyshop Administrator / Customer Service**:

- Deliver high quality products and services to the customers of their organisation. The apprentice’s actions will influence the customer experience and their satisfaction.
- Key responsibilities include dealing with orders, payments, offering advice, guidance and support, meet-and-greet, sales, fixing problems, after care, service recovery or gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction, being the first point of contact and work in any sector or organisation type.

**What you'll do at work**

The role will involve:

- Addressing customer needs
- Offering customer advice
- Processing customer orders and/or requests
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Professionally handling customer complaints

Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

**Future progression**

To become a fully qualified Customer Service Advisor and secure a full-time role as permanent member of the team.

You will need to arrange daily transport to and from the site.
