**Customer Service Advisor - Croydon**

**£23,300 p/a plus generous monthly bonus.**

Work in Retail or Hospitality? Are you **fed up with long hour weeks** or late weekend shifts? Or maybe you’re about to leave school or college and want to step into a career now, rather than get a degree? Saying yes??

Then come join us as a Customer Service Advisor and you’ll work Monday to Friday, **just 37.5 hours a week** No experience necessary as we will provide you with full training We offer **a basic salary of £23,300 p/a plus bonus** so you can earn **up to £27,000 per year**.

You’ll have a 2-week induction and then an 8-week training academy to provide **all the support you need** and ensure you feel confident in the role and then continued development to start your career with us in the Insurance industry.
