_A field based territory sales role that offers full product and industry training. Promoting a leading range of roof tiles and pitched roof building materials, in to house builders, regional developers, roofing contractors and housing associations._

**Package**: Competitive basic salary + £8k car allowance, 10% bonus scheme, 26 days holidays, healthcare, pension, laptop and mobile
**Territory**: South London, North Surrey, North Hampshire and East Berkshire
**Products**: Roof tiles and pitched roof building materials - A complete system that includes tiles, battens, shingles, membranes, underlays and accessories
**Customers**: Regional house builders, housing associations, roofing contractors, architects and building and roofing merchants

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Will be a field sales professional with a consultative and structured approach to solution selling
- You may already be working within the construction industry and looking to progress your career
- Or equally you could be of graduate calibre within another business-to-business sector
- Either way you will be equally as comfortable developing existing relationships, as you are identifying and winning new business
- Whilst possessing first class presentation and communication skills, and be looking for a career and not just a job

**The Role - Area Sales Manager**:

- Promoting an industry leading pitched roof system, which includes roof tiles, battens, membranes and underlays
- Inheriting an established and well performing area, both existing key account development and new business winning
- Tracking and winning new-build housing projects with house builders and housing associations
- As well as equally influencing the architects and roofing contractors that are equally involved in the sales process
- You will also account manage and develop the relationship with key merchants and distributors within the area
