This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator with good residential sales experience to join a highly regarded and busy estate agency with a significant presence in the Epsom area.

As Sales Manager you will be:

- Selling high quality residential properties in Epsom and the surrounding areas
- Working with the Director to value and take on properties
- Sourcing and marketing properties
- Negotiating offers
- Ensuring sales close and go through to successful completion
- A key part of a highly successful team with great career potential
- Ensuring clients receive the best estate agency service fully compliant with the latest property legislation

For this role you will need to:

- Have a successful track record of selling residential properties in a similar area as a Sales Negotiator Estate Agent
- Be keen to deliver the high levels of customer service and legal compliance that this company prides itself on
- Have excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner
- Have a UK driving licence and you will need your own car for property visits - there is a good car allowance
- Local knowledge of the Epsom area would be an advantage but is not essential
