Hyde is looking to recruit a Human Resources Advisor.

As an HR Advisor at Hyde you will be working within our Human Resources Team to deliver a professional HR advisory service to business managers across The Hyde Group.

**Responsibilities**
- Proactively manage Employee Relations casework providing effective solutions.
- Dealing with grievances, disciplinaries, capability and sickness absence.
- Dealing with restructuring, Tupe transfers, redundancy and redeployment processes.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Strong HR advisory experience, preferably within a multi-site business
- Employee Relations casework experience
- Relationship management
