**More about the Role
**The role of HR Advisor is to support and coach managers to ensure that the people plan is delivered and that business needs are met, within an environment where all colleagues are included and can thrive. This will involve provision of first-classHR operational service to the business on all aspects of the employee life cycle at pace. It will also involve leading and coordinating projects and initiatives working across BioPure and the wider Group to support the overall strategy, share best practiceand ensure a consistent approach.

Other key accountabilities include:
Managing employee relations
Support the health and wellbeing of colleagues through the provision of initiatives, promotion and use of the Employee Assistance Programme
Support the Senior HR Advisor in the completion of case management including co-ordination, note taking and leading on some cases as appropriate
Support the production and delivery of a training plan, including co-ordination of third party suppliers, and involvement in the delivery of in-house workshops
Support the Recruitment Partner and Senior HR Advisor on all aspects of recruitment, induction and on boarding
Assist with the delivery of projects, policies and other initiatives as required
Review sickness absence trends to support managers to proactively manage attendance

**You might be wondering what skills you will need. Well ideally you will have
**Commercial HR generalist experience (any focus on ER, L&D, Induction and on boarding would be a bonus)
Experience of working in a matrix organisation
Good understanding of employment legislation
Excellent Excel skills - especially if you have experience of VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Any HR qualifications are advantageous although not essential (we are happy to support you with relevant courses that help you develop and further your career)
