As an Associate, Product at JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers. **Job responsibilities**:

- You will develop propositions, feature-sets and product experiences based on a deep understanding of end consumer and business partner needs
- You will be responsible for the customer research process, finding and selecting the right 3rd party vendors, managing the process and ensuring deliverables are of a high standard
- You will partner with our business development team to bring the product, consumer and business partner perspectives to partnership conversations
- You will be responsible for preparing assets for these conversations, engaging with the design team to prepare artefacts as required and liaising with teams within partner organisations as required
- You will manage the documentation process required to translate key features and capabilities into buildable products for our engineering teams
- You will help communicate the product vision with engineers, designers and other members of the product team, ensuring the alignment with our strategy and purpose is understood
- You will be hands on, detail orientated and outcome-focused, as well as a strong team player

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- 2+ years experience in Product Management, or 4+ years experience in aligned areas (e.g. engineering, marketing, strategy)
- Understanding of product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and prioritisation
- Experience interfacing with corporate partners, understanding and documenting requirements and delivering projects
- Strong track record of operating in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Excellent team player with an ability to collaborate across multiple functional and business groups
- Experience delivering products for companies operating in a regulated environment
- Passion for the future and imagining a world which doesn’t yet exist
