Office Administrator/receptionist

Propak Architectural Glazing are a Specialist Steel Glazing manufacturer based in Stevenage, established since 2010. We operate within an approximate 50-mile radius of London mainly working with large construction companies designing, manufacturing and installing our glazing systems into prestigious construction projects
**The Role**:
To effectively and efficiently manage the day-to-day administrative function of the business and provide administrative support to both the design office and Contracting teams.
The role requires a high level of customer service and the ability to deliver the function in a friendly and efficient manner.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming phone calls and route calls to the wider team
- Process new enquiries, including downloading information from customer enquiries
- Process new orders, perform credit check and send order confirmations to customers
- Organise audit packs for SSIP accreditations
- Maintain internal training matrix
- Complete customer PQQ’s
- Register and monitor ongoing projects with FIRAS
- Record dayworks sheet
- Generate O&M’s from templates to issue to the customer on completion of the works
- General filing of delivery notes, toolbox talks and other documentation
- Actively participate in developing better working practices
- Provide other administrative support as may be required
**Experience and skills**:
- Organised and efficient
- The ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work effectively within a busy Company and as part of a team
- Good IT skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Good communication skills both internally and with external clients/customers
- Good verbal comprehension and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise

**Details**:
- £22,000 to £25,000 p/a based on previous exerience
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays and 3 additional at Christmas
- Monday to Thursday 0900 - 1700, Friday 0900 - 1500
- Company pension contributions
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
