**Office Administrator**
**Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Submit and verify insurance, pay stubs, etc.
- Provide general support to visitors
**Skills**
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or in other relevant administrative role
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers, fax machines etc.
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures and best office practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
**Salary**: Up to £29,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Stevenage: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
**Language**:
- English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
