We’re looking for an eLearning Specialist to join our fantastic Talent and Development Team to help us as we continue to provide an impactful and valuable learning experience for our colleagues.

Main Responsibilities
As an eLearning Specialist your role will include;
- Working with key stakeholders to identify needs for new eLearning content, or to refresh existing content
- Designing, building and maintaining bespoke eLearning content to meet business requirements while working with key stakeholders to ensure learning objectives are being met
- Continuously reviewing content to identify potential opportunities for improvement
- Supporting key stakeholders in the monitoring of completion rates of eLearning
- Regularly exploring what’s new in the field of digital learning and to proactively present potential solutions to meet the needs of the organisation
- Maintaining and managing our online Learning Management System
- Previous experience of designing and building eLearning content
- The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders
- A keen eye for attention to detail
- Good knowledge and understanding of eLearning design principles
- The ability to work autonomously while meeting deadlines
- A natural curiosity to seek new ways of working and new learning technologies
