Digital Learning Consultant

This role is a FTC of 6 months We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Consultant to support the development and optimisation of eLearning content across our firm. This role is ideal for a specialist with a strong background in instructional design, SCORM compliance, and hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise. We're open to engaging the right person on either a freelance day-rate basis or a fixed-term contract, depending on preference and availability. Role Structure You’ll report to the Senior Manager, L&D, and work closely with the wider L&D team, LMS administrator, technical leads, and subject matter experts. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver high-quality eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise Ensure all content is SCORM-compliant and fully compatible with our LMS Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex content into engaging digital learning experiences Provide expert guidance on instructional design best practices Conduct thorough testing and QA across platforms and devices Review and troubleshoot existing SCORM packages for compatibility and performance Support LMS integration and provide documentation as needed. Essential Skills & Experience Proven expertise with Articulate Storyline and Rise In-depth understanding of SCORM standards and LMS integration Strong background in instructional design or digital learning development Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Clear communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience designing scalable, modular eLearning templates Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
