This role is a FTC of 6 months
We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Consultant to support the development and optimisation of eLearning content across our firm. We're open to engaging the right person on either a freelance day-rate basis or a fixed-term contract, depending on preference and availability.
Design, develop, and deliver high-quality eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise
Ensure all content is SCORM-compliant and fully compatible with our LMS
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex content into engaging digital learning experiences
Conduct thorough testing and QA across platforms and devices
Review and troubleshoot existing SCORM packages for compatibility and performance
Strong background in instructional design or digital learning development
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
Experience designing scalable, modular eLearning templates
Experience with xAPI or other eLearning tracking standards
Prior experience in corporate or compliance training environments
Knowledge of video production or microlearning techniques (nice to have)
you can be based at any of our UK offices and work on an agile basis
