Role Overview:

**Promar International** introduce a new Farm Business Accounts Administrator opportunity to support the Managing Director and the Farm Business Accounts team to deliver work on time and standard.

In the Administrator role, you will have variety and exposure to many different administrative activities that will allow you to work from home and in the office. Most of the team you support work in the field, supporting our customer farms. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills to excel in this opportunity.

The core working hours for the role are Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00; some flexibility is available. To apply, please submit your CV today.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Support high-level field-based teams with organising and maintaining databases of information, invoicing and general administration
- Support in the preparation of corporate documents, communications and events
- Support the Managing Director with scheduling, travel and other adhoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Experience in using Microsoft Apps, including Excel
- Proven experience of business administration including managing high workloads with multiple deadlines
- Excellent customer focus and strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the business and agricultural industry
