**About Us**

**Description**

Europac3D is seeking an experienced, highly driven sales and offcie adminstrator to organise a busy and dynamic team. Focusing on managing the administration and sales activities, as well as responsible for organising 3D scanning and printing services. Developingand maintaining relationships with customers across varied industries and sectors.

Initially the role is 12 months maternity cover, with the potential to become a full time, permanent role.

Comprehensive training will be provided in order to learn the mechanics of a 3D printing and scanning business.

**Responsibilities**
- Generation of quotes for the sale of both 3D scanning and printing hardware.
- Generation of quotes for the provision of 3D scanning and printing services. (Full training will be provided during an induction period.)
- Organising the diaries and scheduling of work for the service bureau.
- Scheduling customer demonstrations of equipment and software.
- Organising the logistics and shipping of goods to customers.
- Ensuring that deadlines for the delivery of services are met.
- Invoicing customers and subsequent credit control. Xero accounting system used.
- General office administration including answering the phone calls.
- Updating of CRM systems.
- Maintaining the continued provision of support contracts for both hardware and software
- Organising customer training sessions.
- Occasional support for industry trade fairs.

**Qualifications**

**Must-Have**:

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly motivated with a drive for commercial sales success.
- Proficient with quotation/accounting software (Xero preferable).
- Ability to develop long term customer centric relationships.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Ability and interest to learn new product knowledge in an exciting and growing sector.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Knowledge of ACT software.
- Previous senior administrator or office manager experience.
- A flexible attitude to work and happy to take on a variety of tasks.
- Previous experience with CRM systems.
