**What we are looking for?**

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our Customer Services Team for a full time position Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

Duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Making outbound calls when required to confirm a customer’s delivery date
- Accurately updating customer records using an in-house Transport Management System
- To work as part of a team to ensure all KPIs are met, whilst delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service

**Skills**

To be considered for this role you will need:

- The ability to listen
- A passion for solving problems and providing excellent customer service
- Strong IT skills with the ability and embrace new processes quickly
