My client who Slough based are currently looking to recruit an **Import Co-Ordinator** as soon as possible on a permanent basis.
**Monday to Friday (Full time)**
**Shift times: 9:00am - 5:30pm**
**Tasks.**
- Responsible for managing the full import process for a shipment, from start to finish
- Raising job files and inputting data into FM3
- Complete day to day import documentation
- Managing customs
- Relationship building
- Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Booking transport deliveries
- Support and cover export processes
- Communicating with sales and operations team throughout the day
**_Experience and skills required for this role._**
- 3 or more years' experience of import customs entries
- Good knowledge of CPC codes & customs tariff
- Ability to calculate Duty & VAT cost for individual shipments
- Some experience of completing import and export entries
- Experience using ASM Sequoia
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Knowledge of the shipping process surrounding Brexit - an advantage but not mandatory
- NCTS knowledge is a great advantage
