**Let us tell you about the role**

We have a new opportunity to join our Customer Experience team, working in Asset Finance Operations, working from our Reading office on a hybrid basis (2 days per week onsite).

As an Asset Finance Customer Services Administrator, you will support our team members who’re liaising with our customers and brokers by loading new business proposals onto our internal systems, sending letters to our customers, running invoices and dealing with incoming post.

This role is a crucial part of the Asset Finance Operations Team and will provide opportunities to liaise with our internal Sales team, Credit, Operations teams and external brokers.

**What will your day look like?**
- Loading new business proposals including amendments
- Sending invoices, welcome letters and documents to our customers, via our ‘online mail room’
- Uploading signed contract documents and letters to our leasing platform
- Banking cheques (usually via post)
- Requesting copies of documents from our offsite storage archive
- Sorting, scanning and allocating incoming post
- Ad hoc tasks such as maintaining spreadsheets
- Pro-actively seeking improvements to process and procedures
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Support in cross-skilling opportunities to support business demand
