**Let us tell a bit about the opportunity**
A confident communicator and relationship builder, you will be an integral part of the busy team, liaising with our Brokers and internal teams across the bank. Our team work on a hybrid basis, with the expectation to be onsite 2 days per week.
**What will your day look like?**
As a Sales Support Coordinator you will;
- Proactively support Sales by ensuring transactions are processed efficiently
- Help develop strong and productive relationships with Brokers by providing first-class customer service
- Work closely with the Sales team and Payouts team to achieve targets
- Collaborate with the wider business teams to meet customer expectations and improve experience.
**What do we expect from you?**
- Demonstrable experience in a sales, sales administration or customer services environment
- Confidence in working in a phone-based role
- Sound organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload.
- Ability to deal with multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Good team player who actively seeks work and supports others
- Experience within Asset Finance would be highly advantageous, though not essential
