Sales Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Sales Coordinator** to join our Reading, UK office. The Sales Coordinator is an integral member and will provide crucial support to the Regional Manager, Sales and Client Success - EMEA and the Client Team in all aspects of the sales cycle and associated administration. This role will execute and maintaina high level of revenue generating activities throughout the team with a focused approach to management of our CRM, HubSpot. As we use HubSpot in our sales process, prior experience is desired to be successful in this position. We are looking for someone to be forward-thinking, intuitive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Role Responsibilities** - Manage incoming leads to be passed onto the appropriate Business Development Manager - Cold calling prospects or clients - Monitor, mange and lead contact and company data within HubSpot - Compile market research and reports for sales and marketing purposes - Assist Business Development Managers with social media accounts for sales and marketing purposes - Support with marketing tasks related to sales campaigns, trade shows and events - Provide support in initial lead conversations and follow-ups - Assist with proposals, invoicing and contracting - Provide timely reporting, presentations and project support **You should have**: - 2 + years experience in a sales or sales support role - Demonstrated experience in HubSpot or similar - Proven ability to manage multiple sales calendars - Exceptional verbal and written communication - Excellent research and organizational skills - Strong presentation skills - Professional phone etiquette - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred) **What we Offer**: - Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 + Commission - Employee Reward and Recognition - Individual Professional Development Budget - Excellent work culture with monthly events - Flexible Working - Paid Holiday Leave - Paid Sick Leave **About Us**: Fusion Sport is a global leader in human performance software.
