**Job Overview**

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our HVAC team as a Customer Service Technician in Runcorn.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Issue Resolution:_ Work diligently to resolve customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution.
- Product Knowledge:_ Develop a deep understanding of Rinnai's products and services to effectively assist customers with technical information and advice.
- Communication Skills:_ Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams to convey information and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Administrative Tasks:_ Assist with administrative duties related to the technical department such warranties, commissioning, engineer data.
- Project Management:_ Occasionally you may be asked to work on allocated projects.
- Continuous Learning:_ Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and customer service best practices to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's success.

**Qualifications**:

- Essential:_
- A minimum GCSE of Grade C or above is required in both Maths and English.
- Interest or experience in Plumbing or Engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset and a desire to exceed expectations.
- Basic computer skills - Microsoft Office
- Desirable:_
- Proven experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Prior HVAC Industry experience.
