**Technical Support Executive required in Runcorn - up to £25,000 per annum.**

Our client has a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience by working as **Technical Support Agent** at their hub in **Astmoor Industrial Estate, Runcorn.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Offering initial technical support to clients.
- Allocation of Fault Calls to Field Engineers
- Effective allocation and utilisation of Field Engineer workloads to meet Service Levels and Customer Satisfaction
- Utilising Accounting package to raise purchase orders
- Provide ongoing feedback to the customer both internally and externally via voice and system updates to manage customer expectations on fault resolution
- Report Writing within the timescales to meet contract objectives.

Person Specification:

- The ability to work in a team and provide a positive contribution to the work environment
- The ability to maintain a clear thought process when under pressure.
- The ability to work within fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment.
- The ability to use a range of in-house Call management systems and tools.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills is desirable.
- Good communication is key and is the keystone to ensure the delivery of good service.
- Being able to explain technical issues to non-technical customers is advantageous.

The salary is up to **£25,000 per annum, dependant on experience.**

The job operates **Monday to Friday** working **8am until 5pm.**

This is a **permanent** position**.**
