**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas.
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment with precision.
- Provide excellent customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation and display.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café, including washing dishes and cleaning workstations.
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy.
- Restock supplies and ensure the café is well-presented at all times.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a café environment is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and approachable attitude.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
