**Job Summary**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista with experience on speciality coffee to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve not only the preparation of drinks but also helping on food preparation (brunch) when need it.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Perfect knowledge of latte art and use of expresso machine and grinder
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area, including equipment and utensils.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding menu items.
- Prepare food following the cafe standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and service.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for coffee and food is essencial.
- Previous experience in a café or food service environment is essential, as well of a worked with an espresso machine and on demand grinder.
- Ability to reach sales target
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- multitasking: help where required, food, serving, cleaning
- A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a genuine desire to help customers enjoy their experience.
- Ability to engage easily with customers creating a loyalty customer base.
- Good at upselling
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by the café's operational needs.
