We're opening Le Café NAC, a brand-new all-day dining concept in Belgravia, and we're looking for an outstanding Barista to join our leadership team. This exciting new venue will offer French-inspired food and drinks with global influences, set in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in one of London's most vibrant neighbourhoods.

Le Café NAC is the latest addition to BVC Group, which operates a portfolio of innovative, globally recognized food concepts, including NAC, Crème, 74 Duke, and Supernova. With a strong presence in London, Paris, and the Middle East, BVC Group is known for blending creativity with operational excellence, delivering outstanding dining experiences across multiple markets.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Barista at Le Café NAC, you will be responsible for delivering consistently excellent coffee and drinks to both takeaway guests and restaurant diners. Using a La Marzocco espresso machine, you'll take pride in every cup you serve and support the team in maintaining a high-energy, elegant, and welcoming atmosphere. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for great coffee, attention to detail, and a love of hospitality in a fast-paced yet premium setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coffee Preparation & Service

• Prepare consistently high-quality espresso-based drinks using a La Marzocco machine.
• Dial in and monitor espresso shots throughout the day to maintain quality.
• Confidently serve takeaway guests with warmth, speed, and professionalism.
• Fulfill coffee and drink orders for restaurant service across all dayparts.

Station Management & Cleanliness

• Keep the coffee station organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times.
• Follow daily cleaning routines and uphold hygiene standards.
• Monitor wastage and report any quality issues to the management team.

Teamwork & Communication

• Work closely with café and restaurant floor teams to ensure smooth coordination of orders.
• Support the counter team during busy periods with packing, restocking, or light service tasks.
• Communicate clearly and calmly with both FOH and BOH to maintain efficient service.

Brand Representation & Guest Experience

• Deliver a friendly, stylish, and brand-aligned guest experience at all times.
• Share knowledge of our coffee and products confidently with guests.
• Uphold the ambiance and standards of Le Café NAC in every interaction.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a specialty café or quality-focused hospitality venue.
• Confident using a La Marzocco or similar professional espresso machine.
• Strong sense of timing, efficiency, and consistency in coffee preparation.
• Friendly, presentable, and passionate about providing excellent service.
• Ability to support both takeaway and restaurant-style service throughout the day.
• A team player who thrives in a clean, fast-paced, and beautifully designed environment.
• Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and busy trading periods.
