- You will manage your own business, owning the sales cycle from initial contact, negotiating deals and managing client relationships. **Account Representative**Role:
- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the CDW offering and the markets they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
- Manage your own book of business, growing and developing accounts; working through a high volume of customer touchpoints
- Generate and capitalise on sales leads, re-establish account relationships and successfully sell the industry’s top technology products, services and solutions
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and demonstrations with both existing and prospect contacts on your accounts, building and maintaining high customer experience levels
- Profile current and potential customers to obtain an understanding of their business, to identify how CDW can add value
- Collaborate with your peers globally to deliver the best technology solutions to your customers
- Drive Ecommerce efficiencies with all of your clients and accounts
- Manage delivery of trend analysis and customer reporting
- Prospect new contacts on accounts and uncover ways to make existing business more profitable
**Account Representative**Requirements**:
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and creative problem solving skills
- Naturally curious and inquisitive, with a growth orientated mind-set
- Resilience in the face of adverse situations
- Team player, with the ability and discipline to work autonomously
