**Overview**
Due to continued expansion we are seeking an invoicing assistant to join our Cruise Team in Grangemouth.

**Duties**
- To collate and issue final invoicing to our client base via various client specific invoicing software platforms.
- To work closely and effectively with our network of offices and supply chain to resolve invoice queries in a timely manner.
- Monitor age of outstanding invoices and work with colleagues to ensure KPIs and deadlines are met.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues with various tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or finance role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
