Warranty Administrator required for business in Falkirk.

Reporting to the Technical Director. The main purpose of the role will be assisting with submitting warranty claims and invoices to a variety of manufacturers and ensuring full reimbursements. Tracking of warranty claims and progress.

The successful applicant will have proven administration experience.

Duties will include submitting warranty claims to various manufactures. Updating subsidiaries on the status of warranty claims. Seeing warranty claims through to completion. Liaising with accounts department on ensuring payments or credits notes have been received for work done and orders placed. Reconcile warranty accounts to warranty lead schedules to ensure all costs are captured and all invoices are raised. Liaising with Logistics on the status of ordered warranty parts and updating relevant business unit. Raise invoices to manufacturers where applicable. Provide monthly reports accounting for the value of what has been claimed, by business units and highlighting which has been approved / paid. Liaise with manufacturers on issues relating to claims and resolve or escalate.

Working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.
