**Claims Advisor - £20,000 + Bonus - Burscough**
My client, a specialist claims management company are looking to recruit a Customer Claims Handler to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for those wanting to join a growing organization where you can progress.
An excellent Basic salary is on offer plus Bonus. Working hours are on a 2 week shift basis, 8am-4pm & 11am-7pm Monday to Friday + 1 weekend day per month, with a day off in the week.
**As a Claim’s Advisor, you'll typically need to**:
- Provide advice on making a claim and the processes involved
- Process new claims notifications
- Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim
- Analyse a claim made by the Client to establish whether it satisfies the policy conditions
- Guide clients on how to proceed with the claim
- Identify reasons why claims may not be accepted
- Explain to clients when their claim is not covered
- Contact garages, Business Development Managers, Third Parties
- Monitor the progress of a claim
- Investigate potentially fraudulent claims
- Liaise with solicitors, as well as other legal and claims professionals
- Follow all processes and procedures whilst hitting all KPI figures
- Ensure the client is treated fairly and that the customer receives excellent service in accordance with industry and company guidelines
- Handle any complaints associated with a claim
- Manage all administration aspects of the claim
- Adhere to legal requirements, industry regulations and customer quality standards set by the company
**You'll need to have;**

- The ability to work well under pressure

- Discernment and the ability to assess a situation objectively
- Attention to detail and sound report-writing skills
