Facilities Advisor

**Do you have previous experience working in the facilities sector?**

Here at **Advanced Supply Chain,** we are looking for a **Facilities Advisor**to join the team in **Bradford**. You will join us on a **full time, permanent**basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£25,000 - £30,000 per annum,**plus a generous benefits package

As our **Facilities Advisor**, your main role will be to support the site Facilities Manager in the overall planning, coordination, and delivery of activities to ensure the smooth running and upkeep of all of our sites. Our site Facilities Advisorwill also be working in conjunction with the Facilities Manager to deliver planned projects on time, and make sure maintenance works and records are kept in check. You'll be working alongside your fellow business support team to develop and implement an efficient,cost-effective, and robust structure. You’ll be welcomed into a dynamic, forward-thinking team who encourage one another to create innovative solutions to any issues that arise.

**Responsibilities of our Facilities Advisor will include**:

- Annually reviewing contractors’ liability insurance, training records and accreditations across all sites
- Actively monitoring and auditing costs, target sites by exception and producing reports on emissions across the group
- Conducting monthly reviews and auditing equipment levels and costs across all sites
- Updating and reviewing entries, prioritising works, and where necessary escalating problems to the facilities manager
- Controlling the management of all group site waste including ad hoc requirements
- Liaising with group insurance broker/providers, external 3rd parties and internal stakeholders to process new claims and progress ongoing issues

**What we’re looking for in our Facilities Advisor**:

- A driving licence is essential
- The ability to build strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- A previous role within environmental services and Facilities administration
- An environmental qualification/experience of ISO 14001 implementation would be desirable for this role
