This is an opening with a large B2B focused PLC that is steeped in prestige and history it's driven by its creative and marketing, and employs some very talented creatives & marketers. In this role you will be taking ownership for one of their key brands.

The role

This is a pivotal role within the business and includes the full marketing mix, with close collaboration with their commercial, Digital and Creative and Print/Production teams who will work with you to implement your strategy across all channels. You willbenefit from having the full support of a team of experienced marketers, whilst you build close links with stakeholders &and other departments within the organisation. Your key focus will be the design and delivery of a brand-focused marketing programme forthe target audience, focusing on retaining the brand’s existing customer base, winning back lost customers and looking for innovative ways to drive growth.

A fundamental part of the position is to evaluate all activity to ensure the appropriate ROI and profitable demand generation - this will be achieved by working with their Insight team to analyse / target customers and suggest / implement recommendationsto turn data into commercially successful campaigns across all channels. You will look after a full calendar of campaign management activities, inclusive of brand objectives / targets, campaign briefing, test & learn evaluation.

You will oversee all routes to market including innovative brand awareness campaigns, from print & CRM to digital as well as developing business relationships and events. As expected, you will also undertake full post campaign analysis to ensure predefinedtargets are met and there is a clear plan for future growth.

What we’re looking for:
This role is specifically aimed at an innovative marketer who has expertise in the planning and evaluation of B2B modern online and offline campaigns, and you'll need experience of driving awareness campaigns, and will enjoy getting stuck in, from idea todelivery.

You’ll most likely have at least 4 years’ experience across traditional and modern marketing techniques and exposure to working closely with commercial teams to achieve commercial objectives & have a solid understanding of the importance in driving ROI frommarketing activity.
