**Position Overview**:
As an E-commerce Marketplace Assistant, you will focus on optimizing our presence on external online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay. Your primary responsibilities will include managing product listings, enhancing visibility, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:
Product Listing Management:
Create and update product listings on Amazon, eBay, and other relevant platforms.

Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve visibility and conversion rates.

Ensure accurate and consistent product information across all channels.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Generate regular reports on marketplace performance and identify areas for improvement.

Marketplace Compliance:
Stay informed about Amazon and eBay policies, guidelines, and best practices.

Ensure compliance with platform rules regarding product listings, pricing, and promotions.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling product content and co-ordinate with the product team to maintain adequate inventory.

Assist in devising strategies to optimize sales, enhance customer engagement, and improve overall marketplace performance.

Competitor Analysis:
Monitor competitor activity on external marketplaces.

Analyze competitor product listings, pricing strategies, and customer reviews.

Identify opportunities to differentiate our offerings and enhance our competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:
Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or related roles preferred.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, listing tools, and inventory management systems.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy in product listings, pricing, and reporting.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Analytical Mindset: Comfortable analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
