Founded in 2024 and based in Manchester, Yuanxi Limited is an innovative cross-border e-commerce company specializing in logistics, warehousing, and e-commerce operations. We provide integrated solutions including warehousing management, FBA forwarding, labeling, packaging, returns handling, as well as sales and marketing support on TikTok, Shopify, and Amazon.

What We're Looking For We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and grow new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and support the expansion of our services across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Identify potential business opportunities in cross-border e-commerce and logistics
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet business targets
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to align business strategies - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience in B2B business development or sales, preferably in cross-border e-commerce, logistics, or digital marketing
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Fluency in English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally to China or Europe for business
