Outdoor & Sports Company Ltd have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join their Ronhill/Hilly brand based in Hyde, Greater Manchester.

This is a full time position with the opportunity for hybrid working following successful probation.

**JOB PURPOSE**

Deliver the strategic marketing plan that supports the agreed strategic business plan of the OSC Running Group.

Provide timely delivery of the marketing plan and schedule

Ensure good lines of communication between different departments of the business, retailers and agencies as required.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with the marketing manager to implement and deliver the OSC Running Group marketing calendar
- Work with the marketing manager to create seasonal brand marketing campaigns that are in line with the brands objectives and guidelines
- Updating content for brand websites and social media platforms
- Assist with the production of master data for the brands websites
- Maintain good organisation and filing of digital assets
- Ensure that all outputs are produced to set brand guidelines, agreed budgets and deadline
- Assist with the production and delivery of all trade and consumer materials
- Assist with organising and attending both consumer and trade events
- Assist with maintaining good working relationships with distributors, retailers, athletes/ambassadors, communities and partner organisations
- Assist the PR activities of the brands including creation and distribution of press releases /media communications and develop and maintain relationships with gear editors, key influencers and journalists
- Maintain an awareness of trends in the market place that could impact upon the brands
- Ensure the UK showroom is in good working order
- Attend where appropriate brand and sales meetings, company organized brand training sessions or courses and exhibitions.
- To carry out any other job-related duties which may be requested from time to time by senior staff
- To behave as a good ambassador for OSC Running Group brands at all time
- To ensure that all ISO procedures associated with this job are done in line with documentation and any changes are managed according to ISO requirements
- To keep company property (phones, laptops etc.) in good condition and functioning properly.
- To take responsibility for contributing to own training and development

**MEASURES OF SUCCESS/KPI’s**
- Being proactive in assisting the manager to complete all department tasks to a good standard and in a timely manner.
- Fulfil the requirements of the marketing calendar to time and quality standards set.
- To maintain an exemplary standard of administration and ensure all reports are accurate and timely.
- Outstanding representation of the company at all times whether internally or externally in such a way to enhance the good reputation of OSC Running Group brands and to further its achievement of agreed strategies and objectives.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
