**We’re hiring for a Buying Assistant in our Product Team**

**Location**:Hyde, free parking on site. 10-12 minutes train journey from Manchester City Centre

**Hours**:The role is a full-time position, 39 hours per week, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, earlier finish on Fridays

**The role**:
Our Buying Assistant will help organise the process of Classic Football Shirts sourcing vintage stock from within the UK and Europe

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the payment process for new stock arrivals
- Assigning relevant stock to be added to the website and/or shops
- Opening, sorting and categorizing new stock arrivals on a daily basis
- Communication with the product team on stock levels and product improvement
- Updating and adding quantities on a stock database

**About you**:

- An enthusiastic and adaptable individual eager to gain experience in inventory management and customer service.
- A proactive and organised team member who is open to learning and improving communication skills
- Aspiring to grow and develop in a buying assistant role to contribute positively to the team's objectives
- Competency on Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Punctual, flexible and reliable
- A passion and knowledge for football/football shirts
