We are now looking to appoint an experienced User Researcher to build and take the lead on a new UX Research Team with experience in UX Researcher, Usability, Research, Discovery, Strategy, Workshops, Focus Group, behavioural insights.

**_WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?_**

In this role you will form part of a collaborative team of UX Researchers whilst working closely with the User Research Manager. You will promote a user centred and evidence based approach to product and service deign. Contributing to defining the internal research capability and identifying the tools, processes and methodologies needed to respond effectively to the needs of the Product Teams along with other parts of the business. We are looking for someone with experience in UX Researcher, Usability, Research, Discovery, Strategy, Workshops, Focus Group, behavioural insights. You will be aligning user research sessions and activities with product objectives and priorities, designing and conducting research studies, working closely with product designers to help embed rapid research & findings into agile teams and process. By getting actively involved with our various User Groups you will seek the input from end users, maintain a central repository of insights and identify and stay up to date with the UX research methodologies and tools. - Good presentation, creation skills and delivery
- Experience of helping team members adopt a wide range of user research methods
