**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?**

Working closely with the User Research Manager to build a new UX Research Team and champion the end user across the wider organisation you will form part of a collaborative team, lead and align User Research activities across multiple projects. We're lookingfor someone who can confidently define our internal research capability and identify the tools and processes we need to respond to our multi-disciplined teams. Day to day responsibilities will include: Conducting Research Studies, presenting findings, activelyengage with Stakeholders, facilitating Design workshops, working closely with Product Designers to embed rapid research and findings into teams and process. **WE NEED YOU TO HAVE**
- Experience in User Research, Workshops, Usability, Quantitative Surveys, Interviews, Agile
- Good delivery and presentation skills
- Extensive experience of running all types of Research Activities; Observational Focus Groups / Remote / Lab / Card Sorting / Quantitative Surveys
