SALARY: £12.19 per hour

Thurnham Hall is a resort that is as unique as you are. We are recruiting for a Leisure Centre Supervisor to join the team working on a shift basis with a flexible working pattern. Reporting to the Resort Manager_,_ **the main job duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Manage a team of motivated and skilled employees to provide an efficient and effective Leisure Centre experience for our guests
- Ensure Health and Safety checks are done and adhered to at all times
- Recruit and on board new team members where necessary
- Administrative duties
- Vigilance in checking and monitoring standards of cleanliness throughout the Leisure Centre
- Familiar with and able to train guests on the safe usage of gym equipment

**Skills and experience required to fulfil the role include**:

- Previous experience in a Leisure Centre environment
- Previous experience leading a team of employees would be beneficial
- The ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Have a ‘can do’ and positive approach
- Good / strong swimmer
- Have a ‘can do’ and positive approach
