**OVERALL PURPOSE OF POSITION**:
As one of our Leisure Assistants, you will play a key role in creating a positive, energetic and fun environment for all our guests to enjoy. First impressions count, so you will possess exceptional customer service skills with an ability to engage our customers of all ages in lifestyle activities. A typical day will include anything from providing show rounds for new members or hotel guests to servicing the general requirements of our exceptional facilities at the Sandpiper Health Club. This role requires a great deal of confidence, along with a genuine interest in the fitness industry.

**Requirements for a Leisure Assistant;**
- Friendly, outgoing and motivated to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues.
- Excellent personal appearance and hygiene standards.
- Inspirational leadership skills.
- Great attention to detail Knowledge of industry related regulations.
- To maintain a high standard of internal and external customer care by responding to guest requests and requirements, communicating respectfully with colleagues and other departments.
- Experience in Hospitality systems preferred but not essential
- Track record of delivering results through exceptional service standards
- Attention to the smallest detail
- A passion for hospitality and great customer service Friendly, courteous, and helpful, with excellent communication skills

**Salary**: £6.83-£9.50 per hour
