We are now in our 45th year of business and due to continued success and expansion we are are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to help in our very busy office..

**Duties Include**:
- Controlling stock levels
- Ordering of parts/equipment/tools
- Assisting our Client Account Manager with client queries
- Assisting with producing repair quotes and issuing to clients
- Logging breakdowns on Service Management system
- Communicating with field engineers and issuing work
- Data entry
- General office admin duties
**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Experience of stock control
- Have excellent communication skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Experience of dealing with customers either on the telephone or face to face
- Experience of using Microsoft - mainly Outlook and Word
- Enjoy working in a team and busy environment
- Show initiative and willingness to learn
Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
