We’re now seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized **Front of House Receptionist** to be the face of our practice and play a vital role in creating a warm and professional atmosphere for patients and visitors alike.
**The Role**:
As our **Front of House Receptionist**, you will be at the heart of our patient journey, ensuring every individual feels valued and supported. From coordinating appointments to maintaining smooth daily operations, your role will contribute directly to the success of our practice.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a smile.
- Managing appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations using our practice management system (Exact).
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with clarity and care.
- Ensuring patient records are updated accurately and confidentially.
- Processing both in person and over the phone payments.
- Coordinating with the clinical team to maintain seamless patient flow.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming front-of-house area.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role (experience in a dental or healthcare setting is an advantage).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Confidence in using IT systems, with experience in dental software being a bonus.
- A proactive, professional attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
