**Customer Support - Immediate Start Available**
This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service / business administrator, looking to join a successful, close-knit dedicated team who support each other in a collaborative way.
**Day to Day**:
- Acting as point of contact for commercial accounts, supporting with any issues on site.
- Working with the scheduling team to help co-ordinate customers deliveries and in line with set deadlines.
- Answering incoming calls, resolving, or escalating accordingly
- Processing orders to site
- Compiling weekly progress reports
**Skills**:
- You will be able to work on your own initiative as well as being a team player and have a good level of computer literacy.
- Confidence communicating verbally and in writing will also be important - you’ll be liaising internally and externally regularly.
- GCSE grade 5’s or above.
