**GAP Plastics has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Support / Order Processor to join our GAP Nationals team**

**What will your day-to-day activities look like?**
- Acting as a point of contact for commercial accounts, supporting with any issues on site.
- Working with the scheduling team to help co-ordinate customers deliveries and in line with set deadlines.
- Answering incoming calls, resolving, or escalating accordingly.
- Processing orders to site.
- Compiling weekly progress reports.

**Skills and attributes that could help you in this position**:

- Knowledge of Composite Doors is highly desirable.
- Good computer literacy, experience with CRM system would be advantageous.
- Confident communicator both verbally and in writing.
- Being able to work off your own initiative as well as part of team.
